The current website inquiry forms prepare a message on your device and open WhatsApp for your review. The website does not submit or store the completed inquiry itself. When you choose to send the message, WhatsApp processes it under its own terms and privacy policy. Email inquiries are processed by the relevant email providers.
4. How we use business-contact information
- Respond to product inquiries and prepare samples, specifications and quotations.
- Discuss orders, contracts, production, inspection, logistics and after-sales matters.

5. Advertising and measurement
With your affirmative marketing consent, this website loads Meta Pixel to measure page views and clicks that open a WENKU SPORTS WhatsApp conversation. A WhatsApp-opening click is recorded as Meta's standard Contact event. It is not treated as a Lead or a qualified RFQ. Qualified RFQ status is confirmed separately in our CRM after a business review.

Meta Pixel and fbevents.js do not load before you accept marketing measurement. We do not use a consent-bypassing tracking image. Your consent choice is stored locally in your browser for up to 180 days so the website can respect it.
6. Sharing
We may share relevant information with service providers and selected production, packaging, inspection, logistics or professional partners only as needed to answer an inquiry or perform an order. When you consent to Meta Pixel, measurement data is received by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited for visitors in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom and by the applicable Meta entity, including Meta Platforms, Inc., elsewhere. We may also disclose information where required by law. We do not sell personal information as a standalone business activity.
7. International communication and retention
Because we conduct international trade from China, information may be processed in China and in countries where communication, cloud, logistics or measurement providers operate. Meta may process measurement data outside your country, including in the United States, using the transfer mechanisms and safeguards described in Meta's own privacy information. The _fbp and _fbc identifiers may remain for up to 90 days, subject to your browser settings and Meta's current policies. We retain business records only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, transaction, legal obligations and dispute prevention.
8. Your choices
You can reject marketing measurement before Meta Pixel loads or change your decision at any time through the persistent Privacy settings control on this website. Withdrawal stops new Meta events from this browser and asks Meta Pixel to revoke consent; the website also expires accessible first-party _fbp and _fbc cookies. You may also clear site data in your browser.
You may ask us to correct or delete contact information we control, object to marketing contact, or request information about our handling of your data. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting or contract reasons. Contact [email protected] and identify the relevant inquiry.
